Thriller Planning

1 comment:

  1. I like the way you have strongly linked your planning to aspects of thriller films which have inspired your ideas, specifically to your case studies.

Your case study indicates proficient understanding of genre and how specific aspects of location, character types, costume and features of editing establish your film as an opening to a new British thriller.

Billy (played by Louis) looks rather too young to suggest a dark past it may be better to consider him the victim of his attacker's obsession. I suggest more footage of the attacker preparing for the attack in an interior setting, or flash backs of Billy dumping her.

You could have the running sequences cutting to flashbacks or of the girl preparing (with indications she may be off the wall) would add dimension and be more convincing.

Detailed planning and indicating your enthusiasm and growing confidence with media language.

    A pleasure to read.
