Case study - Kill Bill

  1. Well organised and reflecting your developing understanding of the purpose of lighting design, composition (rule of 3rds); you have also identified the significance of costume and props and what clues these give to character. For example Bill's bling indicating ego, conceit, narcissism and power.

I'm also pleased you are making inter textual references by comparing conventions used in other films.

    Next Steps:

    1) Do a grammar check if you can on blogger for sentence structure.

    2) Keep developing your vocabulary and watch wandering sentences.

    3) When doing a case study do some research into the film on IMDB or read reviews. Then you will avoid saying "her" and instead use the name of the character.

    4) You could also include a brief section of a review in order to strengthen.
